Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail store team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable eyewear, and ensuring an excellent store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers throughout their store journey.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear.
• Drive sales and achieve individual/store targets.
• Explain product features, offers, pricing and services.
• Maintain proper product display and store visual merchandising.
• Handle billing, order booking and basic customer queries.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store hygiene, discipline and operational standards.
• Support inventory management and stock-related activities.
