Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Showroom Sales Representative to join our ethnic clothing showroom in Adyar, Chennai.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable clothing and ethnic wear.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers and sizes.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of products.
• Assist with stock checking, tagging and showroom maintenance.
• Handle billing and customer follow-up when required.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Interest in fashion, clothing and ethnic wear.
• Previous showroom/retail sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales targets.
• Candidates willing to work full-time in Adyar, Chennai.
