Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell Daivik Gypsum products and solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, delivery schedules, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
• Follow up regularly for outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in gypsum, building materials, construction materials, interiors, hardware, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship and networking abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
