Sales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Secunderābād. The Sales Executive will engage with customers on the showroom floor, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products across multiple electronics categories. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, demonstrating items where applicable, and guiding customers through purchase options, offers, and financing plans. The role involves maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring stock availability, and coordinating with the inventory and billing teams for smooth order processing. The Sales Executive will also handle basic after-sales support, respond to customer queries, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while upholding Vijay Sales customer-first values.

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet targets, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, along with active listening and presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess product understanding and learning agility, with the ability to quickly grasp specifications and features across electronics and appliances.
• Candidates should possess basic computer and POS operation skills, including handling billing systems, digital records, and online order processes.
• Prior experience in retail sales, electronics or consumer durables is beneficial.
• Minimum qualification of higher secondary (12th standard); a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods on the showroom floor.
