Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (walk-ins, site visits, digital leads, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects or units
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 1- 4 years of experience in real estate sales or related fields (property consulting,banking, insurance)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Good knowledge of local real estate market trends
