We're Hiring | B2B Sales Executive

Location: Bhopal & MP

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹19,000–₹26,000/month + Incentives

Looking for an experienced Sales Executive to handle B2B sales and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure materials sector.

What You'll Handle:

• Develop new customers through market visits, networking and calls
• Connect with builders, contractors, developers and project sites
• Understand customer requirements and generate sales enquiries
• Prepare quotations and manage pricing discussions
• Convert potential leads into confirmed orders
• Maintain regular follow-ups and long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment
• Maintain sales activities and work towards assigned targets

What We're Looking For:

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B/Field Sales
• Experience in construction or building-material sales will be preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable with field travel and customer visits
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Graduate candidates preferred
