Sales Executive

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting Gold, Diamond & Silver jewellery according to their needs and budget.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing and making charges clearly.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain excellent product presentation and showroom standards.
• Handle enquiries, follow-ups and customer interactions with a service-oriented approach.
• Stay updated with new jewellery designs, products and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in jewellery sales will be strongly preferred.
• Candidates with proven retail/sales experience are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Presentable, confident and well-groomed personality.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and incentives.
• Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
