Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with customers until order closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, payments, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
• Manage social media and other digital marketing activities, where required.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits, if required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and/or Marathi preferred.
