Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to expand Mercure Homes client network and generate new business through architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and other potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, architects, builders, designers, and upcoming projects.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and regular field visits.
• Represent Mercure Homes professionally and present our products and services.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations, follow up, and convert prospects into orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, designers, and clients.
• Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines, and regular activity reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Track market trends and competitor activity and share relevant insights with the team.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development; freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
• Proactive, confident, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, architecture, or real estate is an added advantage.
