QI Spine is looking for empathetic, driven, and people-oriented professionals to join our Patient Care team as Patient Counsellors.

Locations: Mumbai | Delhi | Bangalore | Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Patient Care / Counseling
Eligibility: HSC / Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: 0–5 years

• Counsel patients and their families about QI Spine's non-surgical treatment programs.

• Understand patient concerns, expectations, and treatment needs.

• Explain treatment plans, pricing, payment options, and expected outcomes.

• Guide patients through their treatment journey and ensure a positive experience.

• Convert doctor recommendations into treatment enrollments through consultative counselling.

• Work towards monthly conversion and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinic teams for a seamless patient experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and the local language.

• Strong listening, counselling, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build trust and influence decisions ethically.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in counselling, admissions, tele-counselling, healthcare, or consultative sales will be an advantage.
