Summary: Invest Mango is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales of residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, conducting site visits, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their investment needs.
• Present real estate projects and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
• Conduct property site visits.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 03 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Kannada and Hindi are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings.
