Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into successful deals.

This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills, confidence, and an interest in sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and terms to customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and completed deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed deals.
• Stay updated about products, services, market trends, and competitors.

Key Skills Required

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Compensation

5% commission on every successful deal.

Earning potential will depend on the number and value of deals successfully closed.
