Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up with real estate leads through calls and WhatsApp.

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

* Schedule and conduct property/site visits.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.

* Handle negotiations and support customers until booking/closure.

* Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

* Coordinate with the marketing and management teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Comfortable with calling and customer follow-ups.

* Basic knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage.

* Ability to handle customers professionally.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
