About this role
IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives for its Personal Loan Sales Process. This is a full-time opportunity suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates interested in building a career in banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell Personal Loan products to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
Eligibility:
Graduates are preferred. Undergraduates may also be considered based on communication skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Work Details:
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off
Salary: 21,000 In-Hand per month
