About this role
- Minimum 3 years of genuine frontline sales experience with individual sales targets and personal responsibility for pitching, follow-ups, negotiations and closures.
- Proven individual target achievement with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and a clear motivation toward performance and incentives.
- Strong field-sales approach comfortable going into the market, prospecting, meeting customers, building relationships and generating business rather than depending only on inbound/digital leads.
- Relevant industry background preferred – candidates from sports, fitness, premium clubs, hospitality, wellness, gyms or lifestyle membership sales will be preferred.
- Strong customer-facing communication & presentation skills – confident, well-presented and capable of pitching premium memberships to PMC’s premium customer base.
- Consultative selling ability – should be able to understand customer needs, handle objections, negotiate effectively and convert prospects into premium/lifetime memberships.
- High ownership & accountability – should independently manage the complete sales cycle, maintain follow-ups, build a strong prospect pipeline and take ownership of individual revenue numbers.
- B2C sales experience is strongly preferred, especially selling high-value products/services directly to individuals and families.
