Job Description :
We are looking for Pre-Sales Executives to join Pune Property Investor. The role involves handling customer inquiries, generating leads, making calls, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities of Pre Sales Executive:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Generate and follow up with property leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.
- Provide basic project and property information to customers.
- Schedule qualified leads for site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Update lead and customer details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Qualifications and Requirements of Pre Sales Executive:
- 12th Pass + Any Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
