Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for website design and development projects, primarily targeting industrial B2B clients (distributors, manufacturers, engineering firms)
• Conduct outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to identify prospects who need a new or upgraded website
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant website packages and timelines
• Coordinate with the design/dev team to prepare proposals and quotes
• Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and close deals
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling websites, IT services, or digital solutions
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of what goes into a website project (design, dev, hosting, timelines) - no coding needed
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada a plus)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable working in a hybrid setup

• Additional 20% of monthly salary as incentive on completing monthly sales targets
