To drive secondary sales, demand generation, and channel expansion within the assigned territory while ensuring strong dealer engagement and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly secondary sales targets
• Manage and expand dealer network in assigned geography
• Execute beat planning and territory coverage discipline
• Drive demand generation through:
• Contractor visits
• Project site visits
• End customer influence
• Ensure visibility, display, and market activation
• Monitor primary vs secondary alignment
• Maintain accurate reporting in SFA/DMS/CRM system
• Track competitor activities and pricing intelligence

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (mandatory)
• 2–5 years target-driven field sales experience
• Experience in Building Materials / Electrical / Durables preferred
• Strong channel handling exposure
• Experience in demand generation & project selling
• Familiar with CRM/DMS systems
• High travel readiness and field intensity
