Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
• Process orders, handle returns, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Job Requirements :

• 0-10 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle international sales calls.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Fresh graduate or recent college passout preferred.
