Role & responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom sales goals.
• Proactively approach and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build trust and rapport with customers to enhance conversion rates.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Product Storytelling

• Present products through engaging storytelling techniques.
• Explain product features, craftsmanship, heritage, and unique selling points.
• Create memorable customer experiences that strengthen brand value.

Customer Service

• Provide warm, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Ensure every customer receives complete information about products and services.
• Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Service Awareness

• Explain all company services, schemes, offers, exchange policies, and customer benefits.
• Educate customers about after-sales services and support available.

Grooming & Professional Appearance

• Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to company dress code and appearance guidelines.
• Always display a pleasant, welcoming, and smiling demeanour.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Confident and attractive personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to influence and persuade customers.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a Luxury / Premium retail environment.
