Sales Manager Trucking Dispatch (USA/Canada)

Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in US/Canada Trucking Dispatch
Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the USA/Canada trucking and dispatch industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage clients and sales activities, and a strong understanding of the trucking dispatch ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities within the USA/Canada trucking industry.
• Generate new business leads and build strong relationships with trucking companies, carriers, and clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable dispatch/sales solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain sales reports, lead pipelines, and client records.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US/Canada trucking dispatch is mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales within the trucking/dispatch industry will be highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, convincing, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of the US/Canada trucking industry and dispatch operations.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Team Lead/Team Management experience will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience in US/Canada trucking dispatch, understands the carrier/client ecosystem, has strong sales and communication abilities, and can independently drive business growth while managing a team.
