Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new dealers, retailers, distributors and business partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Conduct daily market visits and generate new business leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Promote company products and communicate product benefits effectively.
• Take regular orders and ensure timely follow-up and payment collection.
• Monitor market activities, competitor pricing and customer feedback.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Expand retail counter coverage and strengthen market presence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in FMCG, Home Care, Consumer Products or related sales.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp and digital reporting.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
