We are Hiring for Manufacturing Company

Profile: Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore,

CTC offered- upto 6 LPA

Min exp- 3 yrs

Role-

1. Architect & Influencer Engagement

Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with architects, PMC firms, structural consultants and designers.

Conduct architect presentations, design discussions, and product demonstrations.

Ensure Porotherm and Clay Roof Tiles are specified in drawings, BOQs and project documentation.

Develop and manage a strong architect project pipeline for continuous business growth.

2. Project Development Premium Segment

* Identify and develop villa, farmhouse, gated community and resort projects across Karnataka.

* Conduct roof design discussions with developers and owners.

Support site mock-ups and initial installation guidance.

Maintain 6-month rolling revenue forecast.

3. Channel & Market Development

Strengthen premium dealer network in Bengaluru and key Karnataka cities.

* Support secondary sales and inventory planning with dealers.

Strong market knowledge of Bengaluru & Karnataka

Experience in specification selling preferred Skills & Competencies

Technical understanding of Construction materials

Strong presentation & negotiation skills

Commercial acumen in channel sales Personal Attributes

* Self-driven and result-oriented

* Strong relationship-building capability

Structured sales planning approach

Ability to influence design and purchase decisions

Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka

Academic

Graduate or Engineering or MBA from a reputed institute

Professional skills required

3 + years in Sales experience in a reputed organization

Good market knowledge & hold Bangalore + Mysore
