Sales Executive

Job description

Location : ANYWHERE IN UTTAR PRADESH

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for cattle feed products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, cattle owners, cooperatives, veterinary doctors, and distributors.
• Expand dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings to promote cattle feed benefits.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to understand rural/agricultural customer needs.
• Knowledge of animal nutrition, cattle feed, or agri-inputs (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Business, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in cattle feed, agri-inputs, veterinary products, or FMCG rural sales (freshers passionate about sales may also be considered).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Fluency in the local language; Hindi/English is an added advantage.
