Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for commercial vehicles (LCV, ICV, HCV).
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and related services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transporters, logistics companies, contractors, and SMEs.
• Promote vehicle models based on customer application and business needs.
• Understand customer requirements such as load capacity, route type, fuel efficiency, and operating cost.
• Recommend suitable commercial vehicle variants based on application (construction, logistics, mining, FMCG, etc.).
• Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Arrange and accompany customers for vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with management for approvals on special pricing or schemes.
• Close sales deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely booking and invoicing of vehicles.
• Track vehicle availability and coordinate with the stockyard or plant.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery as per customer commitment.
• Coordinate predelivery inspection (PDI) and vehicle handover.
• Explain warranty terms, service schedule, and aftersales support at delivery.
