About this role
- Role: Sales Officer Sales & Marketing, Treat Hotels & Resorts, Mumbai.
- Primary Goal: Generate revenue through Travel Trade, Corporate, Leisure, MICE, and Group Sales.
- Travel Trade: Build relationships with Travel Agents, Tour Operators, DMCs, and Travel Partners.
- Corporate Sales: Identify and develop new corporate clients while maintaining existing accounts.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and market visits.
- Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct sales calls, presentations, hotel visits, and client meetings.
- Business Promotion: Promote room bookings, leisure packages, corporate retreats, conferences, weddings, and events.
- Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and customer requests.
- Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordination: Work closely with Reservations, Operations, and Property Sales Teams for smooth execution.
- Sales Targets: Support the Sales Manager in achieving revenue, lead conversion, and business targets.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate CRM/customer records.
- Market Knowledge: Conduct market research and competitor analysis and understand the Mumbai market.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, relationship-building, MS Office, and sales skills.
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing; 1–3 years’ relevant experience preferred, while freshers with strong communication skills and relevant internships can apply. Willingness to travel for sales activities is important.
