About the Opportunity
Joy Ice Cream is expanding its operations across Kerala and invites applications for the position of Sales Officer (SO).
Final location assignment will be based on business requirements and candidate residence.
Role & responsibilities
- Commence field activities by 9:00 AM daily
- Visit assigned retail outlets as per approved beat plan
- Ensure a minimum of 30 shop visits per day
- Submit the first shop visit photograph before 10:00 AM
- Support distributor operations, order booking, and follow-ups
- Ensure proper freezer placement, visibility, and hygiene standards
- Execute in-store branding activities including flex boards and POS materials
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Any basic degree
- 2 years of experience in FMCG, Ice Cream, or Frozen Foods sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
- Local candidates preferred
Perks and benefits
- Monthly salary: 25,000 - 35,000
- Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance as applicable
- Annual performance bonus of up to 1,00,000
