Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers daily to generate and close orders

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned territory

• Onboard new retailers/dealers and expand market reach

• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability at outlets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers

• Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and product performance

• Handle order collection, payment follow-up, and basic reconciliation

• Report daily sales activity (DSR) to reporting manager

Requirements

• Graduate (any stream); prior experience in FMCG/consumer products field sales preferred

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and nearby markets

• Local market knowledge of Jaipur preferred
