Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Experience in lead generation and lead conversion.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales process.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work under target-driven environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
