Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as site visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms;
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable property options;
• Arrange and manage site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations;
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline;
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets;
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems;
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, accounts) for smooth transaction processing;
• Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction;
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project details;

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred);
• 15 years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets;
• Knowledge of local real estate market (Pune preferred);
