Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new sales prospects by visiting construction sites, real estate projects, and corporate offices.
• Client Networking: Build strong bonds with builders, architects, contractors, and structural consultants.
• Product Pitching: Explain elevator models, safety features, and technical specifications to clients.
• Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare techno-commercial offers, discuss pricing, and close deals for new installations.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the design, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Reporting: Maintain daily client logs, pipeline reports, and market feedback

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any graduate with strong marketing skills.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience; background in elevators, construction, or real estate is a strong plus.
• Skills: Good communication, local travel readiness, and basic computer knowledge.
• Aptitude: Two-wheeler preferred for daily site visits.
