The JoyBox Store is a growing premium gifting brand based in Delhi, creating thoughtfully curated hampers for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, festivals, corporate gifting and other special occasions.
We specialise in beautiful, personalised and premium gifting experiences and primarily serve customers through Instagram and WhatsApp.
About the Role Sales Executive
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive who can:
- Handle customer enquiries on WhatsApp & calls
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable hampers
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Coordinate with the internal team for order requirements
- Build a good relationship with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Salary: FIX + INCENTIVE
15,000 - 25,000/month
(Based on experience & interview)
Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives on achieving sales targets
Location: Delhi
Work Mode: Work from our office 6DAYS
Working Hours: Full-time role; timings will be discussed during the interview.
What were looking for:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Confident personality
Good convincing & selling skills
Comfortable speaking to customers on calls
Proactive and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & Instagram
Prior sales/customer-handling experience is preferred, but good freshers may also be considered.
