Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of jewelry products, including designs, materials, and pricing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide support during peak periods or special events.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and after-sales service.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of jewelry products, including design, quality control, and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
