About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide detailed information about Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test-drive coordination.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer buying experience.
- Stay updated on vehicle models, features, pricing, offers, and competitors.
