Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-or Sales Executive - Real Estate (Healthcare) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our healthcare real estate network, generating leads, building long-term client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and business partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate property acquisition discussions.
• Conduct market research and identify potential expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute business development strategies.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and market reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare real estate will be an added advantage.
