Sales Executive

We are seeking an aggressive, presentable, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business expansion for our plastic packaging/film manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will combine strong field-sales execution with exceptional long-term client retention capabilities.

Since our business operates on a recurring order model, your focus will start with aggressive market acquisition and transition into strategic key account management once capacity thresholds are achieved.

Job criteria

• Conduct field visits to target B2B clients (Dairies, Food Processing Units).
• Maintain long-term relationships with acquired B2B accounts to secure recurring orders.
• Act as the single point of contact for client queries, order processing, and post-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2 to 10 years in B2B field sales, industrial sales, packaging material sales, or allied sectors.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Appearance & Personality: Highly presentable, professional etiquette, and confident in handling corporate/industrial buyers.
• Mobility: Willingness to undertake outstation field trips across assigned territories.
• Accountability: Self-motivated individual comfortable working with defined sales targets and commission structures.
