Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Effectively convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on customer enquiries, both in-person and online.
• Manage and respond to online enquiries across various platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries in tracking sheets.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, including post-sales coordination, ensuring smooth order processing through to final handover as per client requirements.
• Retail luxury Category ( preferred)
