Roles and Responsibilities

• Present and sell a wide range of jewelry products to new and existing customers
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Help customers select products based on their needs, product specifications, and regulations
• Arrange merchandise in attractive displays
• Assist customers by providing detailed product information and making suggestions for gifts
• Work with team members to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Handle customer complaints, issues and returns in a professional manner
• Keep up-to-date with product features, trends, and stock availability
