Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
• Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and understand customer and dealer requirements. 
• Promote helmets, accessories, and new product launches.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Take orders from dealers/distributors and coordinate with the company for timely dispatch.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company pricing, schemes, and promotional activities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers.
• Maintain regular sales reports, customer data, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as dispatch, accounts, production, and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for increasing sales and expanding the dealer network.
• Participate in dealer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the helmet market is an advantage.
• Good understanding of  market and dealer network.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.
• Willingness to travel for market visits.
