- Achieving individual Sales Target set by Management time to time.
- Retention of existing customers.
- Ensuring horizontal and vertical growth of Company's business.
- Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Sales monitoring.
- Follow up for Payment and ensure collection as per terms.
- Creating market for high end Product.
- Acquisition of new customer.
- Analyzing and giving feedback to the SM regarding the market information and competition.
- Interacting with customers periodically to ensure rendering best service as per Company standard.
- Coordinating Quality issues with Lab Operations Team and QC Manager.
Reporting: Sales Manager or Zonal Sales Manager
Qualification - Graduate with MBA preferable.
Industry - Consumer Durable/ Pharma preferred.
Exp.: 4-7 yrs experience in his current profile.
