Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage secondary sales and product placement at retail outlets.
• Generate sales through architects and interior designers.
• Develop sales opportunities through furniture OEMs.
• Organize dealer meets and carpenter meets for brand promotion and business development.
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with lead, customer, and client information.
• Follow up with buyers regarding orders, deliveries, and timely payments.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity and lead-status reports.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution.
• Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Hardware, Adhesives, Paints, or Tiles will be preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, positive, target-oriented, and goal-driven approach.
• Good follow-up and customer management skills.

Relevant Experience

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar sales role, preferably within the manufacturing/building materials industry.
• Candidates with experience in channel sales, dealer management, retail sales, or distribution will be preferred.
