Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and exchange policies.
• Assist with billing, order booking, and payments.
• Maintain attractive jewellery displays and showroom cleanliness.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support stock management and daily showroom operations.
• Follow company policies for jewellery handling and security.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
• Keep updated on new jewellery collections and products.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream (12th Pass may also apply).
• At least 1 year to 4 years experienced candidates are welcome.
