Role: Sales Executive (Residential & Commercial Industrial)
Reports To: EPC Sales Head
Location: Odisha
Department: EPC Sales
Work Type: Full-time, On-field + Office + CRM Reporting
2. Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead handling, field visits, site assessments, technical consultation, and closing solar projects.
The role requires active involvement in:
CRM management
Quotation preparation
Subsidy documentation
Basic coordination with installation teams
Sales Approach: Trust-building and customer education.
3. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
Lead Conversion
Handle and convert assigned leads effectively
Build strong customer relationships
Site Visit & Survey Handling
Conduct site inspections
Assess technical feasibility
Proposal Follow-Up
Prepare and explain quotations
Ensure timely follow-ups for closure
CRM Discipline
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
Track leads, visits, and conversions
Technical Understanding
Basic knowledge of solar systems (110 kW)
Ability to explain system benefits to customers
Objection Handling
Address customer concerns confidently
Provide logical and value-based solutions
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to installation
Maintain post-sale relationship
Subsidy Documentation
Guide customers on subsidy processes
Coordinate documentation as required
4. Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical understanding of solar systems
Sales and negotiation ability
CRM handling discipline
Field work adaptability
5. Preferred Experience
Experience in solar sales / EPC / technical sales preferred
