Business Development & Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic students, freshers and young professionals to join our Business Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in B2B sales, lead generation and business development.

The primary responsibility will be to research and identify potential businesses that may require back-office, BPO, IT or other business support services. You will use Google Search, LinkedIn and other online platforms to find relevant companies, identify decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies and potential clients using Google and online platforms
• Identify businesses that may require back-office, BPO, IT or support services
• Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads
• Find relevant decision-makers and contact details
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails and other communication channels
• Introduce our services and understand potential client requirements
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication
• Qualify leads and pass genuine opportunities to the senior sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups
