Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and operate the food cart independently from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
• Explain menu items, prices, offers, and ingredients when required.
• Handle cash, UPI, and digital payments responsibly.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and payment records.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Keep the cart, utensils, equipment, and serving area clean and organized.
• Monitor stock and inform the owner/manager about replenishment needs.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
• Encourage repeat business through good customer service.
• Wear the company-provided professional uniform throughout working hours.
• Set up the cart before opening and clean/secure it after closing.
• Submit daily sales, cash, UPI, and stock reports to the owner/manager.
• Follow all company policies, food-safety standards, and operating procedures; training will be provided.
