Job Summary
Responsible for sales and business development of kaolin clay and other non-metallic mineral raw materials to industrial customers.
Candidate must have strong knowledge of clay grades, quality parameters, applications and customer requirements, with prior experience selling raw materials to manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and manage existing industrial accounts.
- Sell kaolin / clay-based raw materials to Paper, Paint, Rubber, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Fiberglass and related industries.
- Understand customer applications, technical requirements and suitable clay grades.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closure.
- Coordinate samples, plant trials, technical approvals and commercial follow-ups.
- Work closely with QC and Production teams for customer-specific quality requirements.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market opportunities.
- Achieve sales, volume, margin and collection targets.
- Maintain regular customer visits and develop long-term business relationships.
