Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall store presentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear/products.
• Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing to customers.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
• Handle billing and basic store documentation.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with store team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with active listening ability.
• Ability to confidently explain products and offers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good Hindi, English & Telugu communication will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with retail/sales experience can also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills preferred.
