Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers and leads, understanding their interior requirements, presenting suitable modular kitchen and furniture solutions, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle showroom walk-ins, online leads and customer enquiries.

* Understand customer requirements, budget and project timelines.

* Explain modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture and interior solutions.

* Coordinate with designers for layouts and design proposals.

* Prepare and present quotations to customers.

* Regularly follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.

* Negotiate with customers and close sales.

* Maintain strong customer relationships until order confirmation.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/records.

* Coordinate with design, project and installation teams for smooth execution.

* Generate referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:

* 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

* Experience in modular kitchen, interior, furniture, home improvement or related industry preferred.

* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

* Good negotiation and sales-closing ability.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Should be comfortable working in a showroom environment.

* Knowledge of modular kitchen/interior products will be an advantage.
