About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, specializing in Working Capital Loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing client relationships to drive the sales of our working capital loan products. This role requires a deep understanding of business finance, excellent sales acumen, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses optimize their cash flow and achieve their growth objectives by providing tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for working capital loan products.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate working capital solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for potential clients to determine the most suitable loan products and terms.
- Present compelling proposals and negotiate terms with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the product features, benefits, and application process.
- Collaborate closely with the credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to lending activities.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional knowledge and expand network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, particularly within financial services or lending. Strong understanding of working capital products and the SME lending landscape.
