Sales Executive (Work from Home - immediate joiners

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
• Identify customer requirements and understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable products and services based on customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up regularly with existing and new leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate sales and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure good customer service and maintain service quality.
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.
• Use basic MS Office tools such as Excel and Word for day-to-day work.
• Work effectively in a remote/WFH environment and maintain the required login hours.
